This two-day workshop explores how pre- and perinatal trauma imprints early states of consciousness that shape our aliveness, embodiment, and capacity for connection. Early survival adaptations can show up as a longing for purpose, spiritual seeking, or a never-ending drive to “fix” ourselves, or beliefs that our belonging is “somewhere else”: outside the body, outside relationship, outside the here and now.

Through 2 live demonstrations, video review and Q and A explorations, we will witness how somatic healing invites an integrated, grounded path to genuine relational and spiritual experience. 1 hour for lunch 1-2 pm. You will earn 2 faculty group case consultation credits for this workshop.
